Gale Ruttanaphon

Gale is a wife, a mother, and an ACE certified trainer specialising in pre and post-natal training. Gale founded My Mummy First during her maternity leave, because she believes mums deserve to be looked after too.​

Gale experienced the benefits of exercise and living a healthy lifestyle during her pregnancy.  She now uses her knowledge to help other mums to recovery safely, and regain health and confidence after birth.  She worked hard on her post-natal recovery and just 10 months after giving birth she achieved 2nd place in the 2017 Khao Yai 21km Trail Run.

Pat Krisadee Bodhidatta
MPH, RD, CDT

Pat is a mum to 3 teenagers. She loves to travel and is a passionate runner and triathlete – she has completed 11 full marathons, more than one Ironman, and is the nutrition coach for Adidas Runners Bangkok.

Pat is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Dietitian of Thailand.  She has been in the nutrition field for over 20 years. She has a number of specialties including, dieting and weight concerns, family and childhood feeding dynamics, and women’s nutrition. She believes that enjoyment of food is part of being healthy. Her counselling approach is based on intuitive eating focusing on health, wellness, and a positive body image.

Chef Bank Tipparos

Bank graduated in Jewellery Design from Silpakorn University. Cooking was initially a stress-reliever. However, what started as a refuge and a way to relax, cooking became his passion.  His appreciation for fine details translates into his desire to create perfect taste combinations. Bank approaches food the same way he approaches art, he uses it as a venue to experiment and create new tastes and textures that delight. For both his restaurant, Kean Bistro, and My Mummy First, Bank sources from his own hydroponic vegetable farm to get the freshest ingredients possible.

Chef Davina Pickering

Davina was raised and surrounded by a passion for food from a very early age.

She graduated as pastry chef in London 20 years ago and since then she had worked from Michelin starred restaurants to the Sultan of Oman.  Davina recently launched Bangkok Supper Club, her own chef’s table concept that brings the community together with tasty food, drinks, and warm company.  For My Mummy First, Davina uses her desire and passion for food to create unique savoury signature menu, and snacks.
