Alternate Reverse Lunges

– Start with your feet together

РInhale and step your right leg backward until your right knee is just off floor.  Hinge forward to put more pressure on your left leg which is your working leg

– Exhale and step your right leg back

– Inhale, step your left leg back and repeat the same movement

– Keep alternating until you complete the speficied reps
