Diamond Pushups

– Put your hands together in a diamond formation

– Start by positioning yourself on the floor with your face down

– Exhale to push yourself up off the floor into a full plank. From the side view, your shoulders should be stacked on top of your hands

– Inhale as you lower yourself down

– Engage your core and squeeze your buttocks so that your body is in a long straight line

– When performing a pushup, make sure your elbows are not flared out but make about 45° to your body
