Pause Squats

– Stand with your feet about hip-width distance, toes pointing to the front of the room.

РAs you inhale, squat down by lowering your butt down until your thighs are parallel to the floor.  This is the same movement as sitting down on a chair. Pause for 2 secs at the bottom of the squat

– Exhale, return to the standing postion and squeeze your butt at the top of the movement
