– Stand with your feet about hip-width distance, toes pointing to the front of the room.
– As you inhale, squat down by lowering your butt down until your thighs are parallel to the floor. This is the same movement as sitting down on a chair. Pause for 2 secs at the bottom of the squat
– Exhale, return to the standing postion and squeeze your butt at the top of the movement
