Supinated Band Pull Apart

– Stand with your feet about hip-width distance. Grab both ends of a band with palms facing the ceiling, hands wider than shoulder-width distance

– Inhale to prepare. As you exhale, pull the band apart until the band touches your chest. Feel your shoulders externally rotated. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement and pause for 2 secs. Make sure to maintain some tension in the band as you return to the starting position, don’t let the band go completely lax
