Tall Kneeling Palloff Presses

– Anchor the band onto a pole so that it’s on your right hand side

– Set yourself up in a tall kneeling position, grabĀ the band and pull it towards the middle of your chest

– Press your hands out as you exhale. Resist the urge to rotate or let the band pull you towards the pole

– Return your hands towards the middle of your chest as you inhale

– Complete your reps, then switch sides
